As the Director of the company I strive to deliver the absolute highest level of customer service and satisfaction. To support this aim, my pledge to you is to oversee all aspects of the business and to be personally available to discuss any issues, concerns or questions you may have.

I have personally experienced a number of market changes over the past twenty plus years.  I’ll never forget the excitement of purchasing my first home, followed by the experience of buying an investment property some years later. I appreciate how big an issue a property purchase can be and really want to be part of an unforgettable experience for you!

Sadly I have also had dealings with critical illness, life policy claims and probate issues.  Naturally, not something anybody likes to experience, but it does help me relate directly with any situation you may be experiencing or (hopefully not) faced with in the future.
